Booking Policy

To ensure a relaxed and dedicated experience for every guest, the following booking policies are in place.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is fully transferable if you need to reschedule.  Life happens.   When changes are made within our 24 hour policy window, your deposit will be held on file.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice may transfer their deposit to a future booking.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will result in the a non transferable or refundable deposit fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your scheduled appointment(s) may be shortened to respect the next guests appointment time.

Health & Wellness

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to your appointment so your treatment can be tailored safely to your & comfortably the best way possible.  

Payments

Accepted payments methods will be communicated at the time of booking. (Visa,Mastercard) You can message us if you have any issues and will assist you the best way we can.

Remaining balances re due at the end of your treatment(s).
